Return Policy

Pros Salon offers only fine quality merchandise. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will:

• Issue you a store credit for 100% of the purchase price, or
• Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
• Credit the purchase price to your credit card account. Shipping charges are not refundable.
