When will my credit card be charged?
Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- We never bill for credit card service fees.
- You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Pros Salon. We employ the latest encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our Security Guarantee for more information.

Do you accept payment by check?
I don't have a credit card, do you accept payment by check or Money Order? We will accept checks made payable to Pros Salon Supply. Checks must be in US dollars and drawn from a US bank. To pay by check or money, simply select Check/Money Order as the payment method at checkout. Click here for other forms of payment options we accept.

Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order at our Richmond Heights store. To better serve you, please place order at least three (3) hours in advance.
Store Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST, Sat: 10 am - 2 pm EST
